PepsiCo has a new commercial director for the Eastern Balkans | Progresiv
Adrian Lacatus will be the Commercial Senior Director for PepsiCo Eastern Balkans as of January 3rd 2019, while Nikos Tzinieris becomes Vice President Sales for PepsiCo Russia, the company announced.
Adrian Lacatus has over 14 years of experience in the FMCG industry. Prior to joining PepsiCo, Adrian Lacatus worked at Mars in Bulgaria as Market Director, having the task of managing the company's cross-functional organization. He previously had leading roles in the Commercial, Finance and Supply Chain departments at Wrigley and Heidi Chocolate. He holds a Master's degree in Economics from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest.
Among Adrian's achievements are optimizing Route to Market processes in Romania and leading Sales Capability plans for the MENA region (Middle East and North Africa), which led to a better customer orientation.
At the same time, Nikos Tzinieris was promoted to a new role as Vice President Sales, Russia. Over the last four years, Nikos has led the PepsiCo organization in the Eastern Balkans region.
