Grup Sapte, a company operating in the merchandising market, estimates sales of 45 million lei this year, up by about 5% compared to 2018, and invests in the development of digital infrastructure, according to Corina Chiorean, CEO Grup Sapte.
The company launched a corporate bond issue on the BSE's alternative trading system, worth a total of two million lei, with maturity in 2021 and a 10% interest per year, payable every half year. According to Corina Chiorean, the funds obtained will be used to digitalize the business model.
"It's a maturity moment for G7. As the market goes to digitization, we want to invest in systems that can offer our customers the ability to react quickly to market changes and to see in real time the performance of a shelf campaign. With the money we get from this listing, we want to grow the business and digitalize our business model", says Corina Chiorean.
According to her, in 2018 the company achieved a turnover increase of 17-18% compared to 2017, at a level of constant profitability, while for this year Grup Sapte targets businesses of 45 million lei.
Among the company’s customers in the Retail and FMCG portfolio are Unilever, Albalact, Delaco, Cotnari, Star Foods, Lidl, Carrefour, Nestlé and L'Oréal.
