Coca-Cola HBC Romania volumes increased by up to 5% in Q3 | Progresiv
Coca-Cola HBC Romania, one of the main players on the local soft drinks market, reported in the third quarter an increase in volume sales of up to 5%, the segments that sustained the advance being energy drinks and carbonates, shows the company's financial report. 
The Coca-Cola brand reported a sales advance of 8-9%, an important contribution having Coca-Cola normal and Coca-Cola Zero. Fanta also reported a positive development, supported by Fanta Zero Grapefruit and Zero Lemon.
At the same time, Schweppes "continued its excellent performance in Romania, supported by the new Ginger Ale flavor" the report mentioned.
On the other hand, volume sales of the water division reported a decline after showing positive results in the same period last year.
At region level, Coca-Cola HBC reported a 4.2 percent advance. Romania, Ukraine and Serbia are the countries that moderated their growth rate in that period compared to the same period last year.
