Romanian Brewers Association changes management | Progresiv
The members of the Romanian Brewers Association elected Dan Robinson, Managing Director of Heineken Romania, as President. As of January 1st 2020, Dan Robinson has taken over this position from Lucian Ghinea, General Manager Bergenbier SA, part of the Molson Coors group, which represented the Association in the same quality during 2018 and 2019.

Dan Robinson has been Managing Director of Heineken Romania since October 2018. He joined the Heineken Group in 2005 and has held several management positions in the UK and Netherlands markets since. Prior to his appointment in Romania, he held the position of Managing Director of Europe Export and Global Duty Free at Heineken Amsterdam.
For over 15 years, the Romanian Brewers Association has been the common voice of the local beer industry.
Its current members are important beer producers in Romania: Bergenbier SA, Heineken Romania SA, URBB, Ursus Breweries and Martens, along with the micro-brewery Clinica de Bere. Together, the six producers supply 85% of the quantity of beer consumed in Romania.
