ROMANIA: Mondelez has a new General Manager | Progresiv
Mondelez Romania announced the appointment of a new General Manager. As of March 2015, Ivaylo (Ivo) Naydenov was appointed General Manager for Mondelez Romania, Bulgaria and East Adriatic markets. Ivo succeeds Gerard Chandran, who decided to leave the company.
Ivo joined Mondelez Bulgaria in 2004. During his career in the company, Ivo has held several positions with important responsibilities as Director of Sales and Marketing in Bulgaria. During his mandate, Ivo introduced a new commercial policy and strengthened the distribution system. Thus, he managed to gain experience in several fields of activity.
At the beginning of 2013, he took over as General Manager of Mondelez Bulgaria, having enhanced powers, and managed to successfully develop the company in the country, along with his team, focusing on strengthening the local organization and stimulating the development of business as well as Milka and Jacobs brands.
Before joining Mondelez, Ivaylo Naydenov worked for Wrigley and Strauss.
