ROMANIA: Carrefour doubles the area of its logistic center in P3 park | Progresiv
Logistic developer PointPark Properties (P3) will build two new building, a warehouse of 28,000 m2 and a refrigerating space of 15,000 m2 in the logistics park it operates near Bucharest - Pitesti highway, which it will lease to Carrefour as part of a larger transaction, which provides for the establishment of a logistics center with a total area of 81,000 m2 for the French retailer. 
The buildings will be built by P3, the company working closely with the Carrefour team for choosing technological solutions such as LED lighting, water supply management, energy efficient cladding (sealing in the refrigerating warehouse) and a complete building management. The new space will be designed also to accommodate the changing needs of Carrefour, having the possibility to be further expanded.
Located at kilometer 13 of the A1 highway, near Bucharest, Bucharest P3 park is currently fully occupied. In addition, it owns a land that allows the development of 114,000 m2 of additional spaces, with units from 4,000 m2 to 40,000 m2.
P3 Bucharest has direct and quick access to the A1 highway. The park is located in the proximity of the city’s ring road, allowing easy access to the six districts of Bucharest.
