Philip Morris Romania has a new General Director | Progresiv
As of November 1st, Branislav Bibic took over the management of Philip Morris Romania. He replaces Hjortholm Steen, who was appointed HR vice-president in Russia.

Branislav has over 20 years of business experience and joined Philip Morris 9 years ago, the last position he occupied prior to this appointment being that of Director Corporate Affairs within PMI (Philip Morris International) Duty free, in Lausanne, Switzerland. The manager began his career with the company in 2007, at Philip Morris Zagreb, and afterwards became a member of the management team for Central Europe - the South region as general manager in Croatia.
Also, throughout his career, he held various key positions in several markets in Central and Eastern Europe, such as Slovenia, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Croatia.
Branislav Bibic completed a Masters in Business Administration from the Oxford University.
Philip Morris International Inc. (PMI) is one of the leading players in the global tobacco market. The company entered the local market in 1993 when it opened an office in Bucharest. Four years later, PMI built a factory in Otopeni and in present the manufacturer has 40 brand variants and 900 employees. Last year, the company reported a turnover of over 190 million lei.
