FRANCE: Farmec to open a brand store in France | Progresiv
Farmec, along with its partner Carlgin Sasu opens its first brand store in France, in Menton, one of the most popular resorts on the Cote d'Azur, located 40 km east of Nice. 
The brand store in Menton is the first Farmec center opened abroad this year, after in 2014 it opened two stores in Greece, in Thessaloniki and Katerini, and since 2013 the company has a brand store in Budapest as well. The first Farmec store opened abroad was inaugurated in 2003 in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
Visitors of the new store can find on the shelves the latest product ranges from the Cluj-Napoca factory, as well as established brands. Thus, from the new store can be purchased products from the recently launched Gerovital Happiness range, addressed to the young public, the new deodorants with Gerovital H3 Evolution Hyaluronic Acid and the dermatocosmetic range of products, Gerovital H3 Derma+. Besides these, visitors can also enjoy Gerovital H3 Classic and Aslavital ranges and other products for personal care from Farmec’s portfolio.
In Romania, Farmec has six stores in Cluj Napoca, Arad, Timisoara and Targu Mures. The store in Cluj is part of a larger project, namely Farmec Beauty Centre, where consumers can find not only the company's products, but also a wide range of treatments of the latest generation.
The opening of these stores is part of a long-term strategy through which Farmec seeks to extend its presence on international markets both through distributors and through its own units. Currently Farmec products reach over 30 countries, the main markets being: Japan, Hungary, Poland, Moldova, Iraq, Kuwait, Greece, Canada.
