FRANCE: Auchan launches fresh food click-and-collect service | Progresiv
Auchan just launched AuchanFrais.fr – a new click-and-collect service specialising in “traditional” produce such as pork, veal, poultry, beef, fish, baked goods and cheese. 
More than 300 such products can be purchased on the site, which can also be accessed via Auchan’s primary site, Auchan.fr.
Paying online in advance of collection and selecting the date and hypermarket for it, the consumer "saves time in their shopping, certain of the availability of all products," Auchan says.
"The site offers (or will soon offer) ‘special’ products such as Wagyu beef, caviar, certain items in bulk, platters of meat and cheese, as well as fresh produce products selected for their optimum price-quality balance, which come from Auchan’s affiliate suppliers," it added.
