Coca-Cola HBC invests 2.5 million euros in Bulgarian plant | Progresiv
Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling (HBC) said it invested 5 million leva (2.55 million euro) in a glass bottles production line in its plant in Kostinbrod, in Western Bulgaria. 
"I am proud that today we can announce another investment in expanding our production capacity, underlying our commitment to the sustainable development of Bulgaria's economy," Svetoslav Atanasov, CEO of Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria, said in a press release. The new equipment will manufacture 0.75 litre bottles for the company's flagship drink.
In Bulgaria Coca-Cola HBC provides directly and indirectly a total of 19 900 people with employment, accounting for 0.6% of the country's labour market, the company also said.
In 2015 Coca-Cola HBC sales volume in Bulgaria grew by an annual 5% to 57.6 million unit cases, the company said earlier.
