Carrefour launches eGrocery in Poland | Progresiv
Carrefour Poland expanded its online offer by adding groceries to its assortment. The eGrocery offer is available on www.ecarrefour.pl for select postcodes in Warsaw. 
Carrefour grouped the new ranges in four categories: groceries, beverages, alcoholic beverages and health and beauty. The groceries section is at its turn divided into mission-based categories like breakfast, niche categories like dietary as well as dedicated sections for Carrefour’s private label ranges (‘Refflets de France’, ‘Terre d’Italia’ and ‘Carrefour’)
Carrefour Poland launched its online platform in late 2015 with some 600 non-food items. Since then the assortment grew to more than 4,500 SKUs and expanded its click and collect service to almost 60 locations.
The eGrocery offer release was preceded by several initiatives in the digital sphere like: trialling a home delivery service out of an Carrefour Express convenience store, a partnership with UPS in setting-up Carrefour Express stores as collection points for parcels and the recent launch of the myCarrefour App. (www.kantarretailiq.com)
