"Nordic PetFood could now move to the next level. We aim to contribute and bring value to United Petfood, while we will benefit from being a member of an important group. By signing this contract, we have access to the resources needed to start investments such as increasing production capacity, entering foreign markets, investing in innovations and expanding the portfolio", said Iulia Stana, Managing Partner of Nordic Petfood and one of the company's shareholders.

"The deal with Nordic Petfood is in line with United Petfood's strategy to further strengthen and further develop our business and be the best partner for our customers around the world. Our goal is to continue and further develop relationships with our staff, customers and pet food suppliers", said Dominiek Dumoulin, owner of United Petfood.
