Puratos appoints a Romanian manager to lead its business in Eastern Europe | Progresiv

Belgian group Puratos, one of the leading producers of ingredients for the bakery, pastry and chocolate industry, has appointed Gabriela Beres to continue developing its operations on 15 markets as Puratos Regional Director for Eastern Europe. She will lead the activities of the Puratos subsidiaries in Hungary, the Republic of Moldova, Ukraine, Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina and operations in Albania, Kosovo, Georgia, Armenia, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan, where the company is represented by local distributor networks. Gabriela maintains her role of coordinating the operations in Romania, which she has held over the last five years.

Prior to this period, Gabriela Beres has successively occupied the positions of operational director and HR manager within the Puratos Romania branch. Gabriela is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, Babes-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca, and holds a Romanian-American Executive MBA at ASEBUSS.
