DIA and Eroski end joint purchasing agreement | Progresiv
The collaboration agreement between EROSKI Group and DIA Group has come to an end as a consequence of a decision which reorganizes the procurement strategy. With this decision, the agreement which gave rise to the creation of Red Libra Trading Services, S.L., a partnership established to negotiate the two companies’ own brands with suppliers, has been terminated. Moreover, as a result of this decision, the agreement entered into by both Groups to improve negotiation terms with major national and international brand suppliers will come to an end next 22 May 2018. 
The two companies have always maintained totally independent commercial policies, and therefore the end of this collaboration will not affect EROSKI’s commercial proposal. EROSKI will keep working to provide consumers with the best value for money, moving forward on a strategy committed to healthier eating and more sustainable consumption. (www.eroskicorporativo.es)
