Coca-Cola names a Romanian manager to lead its Caucasus business | Progresiv
Coca-Cola Company has recently appointed Adrian Cernautan as Regional Manager for the Caucasus area and will report directly to Evguenia Stoichkova, the manager who runs the Coca-Cola Company business in Turkey, the Caucasus and Central Asia. Prior to this appointment, Adrian served as General Manager for Coca-Cola Company Austria. 
Adrian Cernautan has over 15 years of experience in the consumer goods industry and joined Coca-Cola Company in 2009 as Commercial Manager Romania & Country Manager Moldova.
Coca-Cola is the world's largest soft drinks industry player with over 500 brands in its portfolio, distributed in over 200 countries. The cumulative value of its brands is estimated at 20 billion dollars.
According to the latest company report, Turkey, the Caucasus and Central Asia generate 10% of volumes sold in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. "In comparison with European countries, the countries of the Caucasian region have a very high potential. They have a higher development potential than European countries", Adrian Cernautan said recently in an interview for trend.az.
In Romania, the Coca-Cola system consists of Coca-Cola Romania (a subsidiary of The Coca-Cola Company), and its partner Coca-Cola Hellenic (CCH) Romania - the company that bottles and distributes Coca-Cola products under The Coca-Cola Company license in Romania.
