Carrefour, Migros Ticaret agree store deal in Turkey | Progresiv
Store transitions between CarrefourSA and Migros are continuing. CarrefourSA, which took over Migros 20 stores in the Aegean region in August, handed over its 11 stores this time. All take-overs are located in Kayseri. 
According to a statement, the total of 11 Migros stores in Kayseri are worth around 6,58 million euros.
In the explanations, it was decided to start work and transactions in official and private institutions and organizations, including permission application to the Competition Board for the acquisition of necessary legal and administrative permissions under the contract, and the transfer procedures will be carried out after the approval of the Competition Board, the statement added.
Migros has 1,648 stores in Turkey, including 1,606 Migros and 42 Macrocenter. CarrefourSA owns 625 stores across Turkey. (www.haberturk.com)
