Several investors are analyzing the financial situation of the Piotr i Paweł network - "Rzeczpospolita" learned. The unofficial log information shows that the game includes Jeronimo Martins Polska, Carrefour Polska and the owner of Intermarche. 
The Lithuanian Maxim group, which is the owner of the Aldik chain and has signed a contract for the purchase of Stokrotka, is also to take part.
Robert Krzak, vice president of the Piotr i Paweł network, asks what investors are in the process. - We expect that it will take a few more weeks and then binding offers will be submitted - he adds. Although market consolidation is inevitable, Jeronimo Martins may have trouble finalizing the purchase of all stores, because the market share of the company is already high and the UOKiK may submit reservations to the transaction.
